1. Fact-finding, Familiarization and Research – Perform internal interviews and internal and external research to define the problem, challenges, competitive environment, direct competitor analysis and market opportunities.

Awareness or attitudinal studies2. Strategy Development – Establish goals and objectives with the client, integrating branding and positioning, to ensure we are all in accord. 3. Tactical Plans – Develop a plan, including strategies – the "what" and "how to" course of action, timetables, and implementation responsibilities. Determine budget needs for implementation of the total plan, with options for administration in tailoring the plan to the financial capability of the client.
4. Creative Work Plans – Based on information gained in planning and strategy phases, develop recommendations for a specific theme or content of the message. All messages will flow from this document
5. Communications/Media Plans – Develop concise parameters for implementing the message for each medium. Determine the communications channels necessary for effective dissemination to the target audience.
6. Design Documents and Content Outlines – Based on needs assessment conducted at initiation, create exacting documents outlining content and timelines for education and training programs.
7. Production and Execution – Convert concepts into high-quality output, and place in the planned media or develop into printed or electronic training materials.
